Terms and Conditions
Orders are shipped twice a week on a Monday and a Thursday. Cut off times for a Monday shipment is 11:59pm on Sunday, and for a Thursday shipment, the cut off is 11.59pm on the Wednesday. If your order is urgent, we will try our best to accommodate you where we can, please contact us and we will advise if we can post the same day or next day. Please note, this may incur an additional charge. For our standard deliveries we use the Royal Mail Signed For Second Class postalservice with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you wish to return a product for a refund, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its entirety and undamaged, in the original packaging. Returns are posted at your own cost and risk. Once we have received the goods, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number and provide information on what you would like to exchange. Postage costs apply for all exchanges. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange the item for you free of charge and cover any postage costs if necessary. If we are unable to exchange the item for you, we will issue you with a refund, or in some cases, an alternative item. If you are offered an alternative, this does not effect your right to request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days. In the instance of a faulty item, the item must be unused and returned to us within 7 working days of our acceptance to exchange/refund the item. If the item is to be refunded, this will be issued on receipt of the goods being received by us.
Custom Made or Customised Products
All custom made or customised products are non-refundable unless faulty. If you wish to cancel a custom made or customised product you can do so before it has been manufactured. Lead times are added to each custom product. We order custom products on a set day each week, we would require cancellation no later than 6pm the day prior to our order being submitted. This information is added to custom products with a confirmation box to agree to the T&C's of the sale of that product.
Build Your Own Gift Box Options
If you are building your own gift box by selecting products and then the luxury gift box, please be mindful of the size of the gift box/boxes available. If you are unsure of what products or how many products will fit in a gift box, please do not hesitate in contacting us with the list of items you would like and we can advise you correctly on the boxes. We can not be held responsible if you buy too many items to fit in a box.
All items are subject to availability. We take every effort to ensure our stock levels are correctly accounted for, however from time to time we may have limited availability or items could go out of stock. In this instance, if you order is affected we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of your options. These options include a full refund, or wait for stock to become available.
Postage and Packaging
All gift boxes are made of white, strong cardboard with a hinged lid, unless you have upgraded to a Keepsake box or have purchased a luxury gift box. We currently only ship within the UK, and all items are delivered via Signed For Second Class Post. If you require your items more urgently, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a delivery cost. If you choose to accept the postage cost, your order will be processed via email and invoice sent to you to pay before being processed. We will always aim to post orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. We can not be held responsible for any delays in post which are outside of our control once they have been signed over to the Post Office. You will receive notification via email once your order has been posted, with your tracking reference number.
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in GB Pound Stirling (£) and include VAT where applicable. You will receive an invoice with your VAT breakdown. We currently only sell and ship to the UK and deal with GB Pound Stirling transactions.
Product Specification, Sizing and Images
We take every effort to ensure all products sold are described accurately, however as we sell products manufactured by other companies, we can not take responsibility for any inaccuracies in the information they provide us with. All measurements are for guidance only and slight variations may occur. All images used on our websites remain our property and can not be used for any other purpose without written consent. We try to ensure that colours are represented within the images match the items as closely as possible, however there may be small variations in colour depending on the batch received from our suppliers.
